Ofcom is consulting on the Code of Practice which accompanies the new Electronic Communications Code. The Electronic Communications Code determines the rights of telecoms operators to install and manage infrastructure. The Code of Practice sets out terms which should make is easier for operators and site providers to reach agreement, for the site to run smoothly and to help with decommissioning plans.
