Grampian Biomass Working Group

The next meeting of the Grampian Biomass Working Group is scheduled for Tuesday 10th October at East Coast Viners (see link for directions = )

As usual refreshments will be available from 10:00am with meeting start at 10:30am.

A buffet lunch will be available at 12:30 followed by a tour of the biomass facility at East Coast Viners.

In addition to Ryan Daly telling us about the East Coast Viners experience of biomass boilers, I am very pleased to be able to welcome Alastair Nicol to talk to the group about his experiences with hazardous situations and fatalities in the biomass industry and what we all need to be more aware of.  Also John Little from Arensis will join us to give a presentation on their recent acquisition of the Verdo Grangemouth pellet plant and their plans for its future.  I think you’ll agree our line-up makes for a varied and interesting agenda!

We are limited on numbers for this meeting to 30 attendees – so if you could please confirm your attendance back to me by email, that would be most appreciated.
