The Electronic Communications Code Event

Scottish Land & Estates is holding a briefing event on the new Electronic Communications Code which came into effect at the end of 2017. The Code sets outs the legal rights and responsibilities for telecoms operators to construct and operate infrastructure. 
 
We are delighted to have Odell Milne from Brodies solicitors and Ian Thornton-Kemsley from Strutt & Parker lined up to provide attendees with an overview of the new Code and what it means for land owners who have, or are thinking of having, a telecoms lease on their land. 
 
Costs:  Members: 1 free ticket per membership, £20 for additional tickets

Non-members: £50 per ticket
