Caroline joined Scottish Land and Estates as a Project Officer for Wildlife Estates Scotland (WES). She made the jump from ITPEnergised where she undertook the role of Environmental Consultant, managing environmental impact assessment and due diligence projects for clients in the energy industry.
Her role is to evolve WES and to secure its future growth, including recruiting new members to ensure that it plays a crucial role in ensuring commitment to best practice in wildlife and game management. Her day to day role includes, amongst many other things, liaising with land managers who wish to progress to Level 2 accreditation.
If you were a Scottish animal, which would you be and why?
A salmon, as they are spirited, determined and have a strong homing instinct.
What do very few people know about you?
I enjoy a hot chocolate with marshmallows almost every evening.

Ireland, as it is beautiful and not too far from family.
