Delegates attending this Walk & Talk will meet at Loch Lomond Arms Hotel for refreshments and a presentation from Luss Estates on their strategic development plan including the project to be visited today.  The Estate will explain their decision to use the SIPS construction method over others, their aims and outcomes for the project and how this sits within their overall long term plan for the estate.

Delegates are then invited to move to the site a short drive away where the project is nearing completion.  Here we will be met by Contractor Scott Braidwood of Sunax Ltd who can describe the technical differences and benefits of this construction type and what this will achieve for the estate.  The designer and architect, Sean Hynds of S24 architects will also be on site as the SIPS supplier to explain the design and manufacturing process.

Time has been allocated to allow delegates the opportunity to walk around the building and chat with the presenters with the event expected to be complete around 12:30pm.
