Regenerative arable agriculture is increasingly important as we learn more about how to care for our soil, and is likely to form a component of a future farm subsidy regime.

Euan Walker-Munro of Walker-Munro Farms, and James Hopkinson of Lindertis Farm have shifted to this farming model with the aim of building soil resilience and with that farm resilience, with a long term strategy to reduce intensive tillage and synthetic inputs.

Aimed at Landowners, this event provides a opportunity to exchange knowledge between members on this farming method using the experience at Walker Munro Farms as a case study to explain the methodology of Regenerative Agriculture, its aims and outcomes, lessons learned and Comparatives with traditional intensive farming practices, all within the context of the changing landscape of land use and priorities in a net zero environment along with biodiversity and wildlife.

Outline Program:

Arrival at Mains of Kinnettles from 09.30am for presentations by Euan and James before getting out onto the farm to see and discuss the methodology in practise following 5 years in operation.  Event will run until 1.30pm.
