Presented by James Rainey – Senior Ecologist at Trees for Life
For the past two and half years, James has been surveying the health and resilience of Scotland’s iconic Caledonian Pinewoods for a project run by charity ‘Trees for Life’ . Results so far paint a mixed picture – management is succeeding in recovering some sites, while the future of others is uncertain. Join us on the 13th November to hear from James and discuss what makes woodland healthy and resilient, how our Caledonian Pinewoods are getting on, and what kinds of management are delivering the best results.
