Edinburgh and Scotland is known internationally as one of the centres of excellence for honey education and the quality of Scottish honey has been raised on the world stage with the Scottish landscape being appreciated as a source of a sustainable fine food. Simply Honey has also broken the idea of Scotland is only about ling heather honey. With Edinburgh lime tree honey being pretentiously presented at the world beekeeping conference in 2025 in Copenhagen for international delegates to sample

Gino Jabbar is a co-founder of the Honey Guild of the UK leading the Honey Guild Scotland which includes beekeepers, food lovers, chefs and farm shops. through his efforts to bring internationally accredited education to Scotland many are learning honey at a professional level.
