Long Service and Retirement Certificates
For the rural sector long service is not uncommon, and many employers work hard to retain staff in the face of competition, ever-evolving HR legislation and a changing rural climate.
SLE believes that long service is something to be celebrated and for a small fee can provide members with long service awards and certificates to give their own staff, celebrating notable milestones such as five, ten, fifteen years’ service or retirement.
Whatever the occasion SLE is enthusiastic about ensuring that the recipients’ loyalty, hard work, and commitment is recognised within the rural sector with personalised, framed certificates which are signed by the SLE Chair.
