Scottish Land & Estates, in partnership with Stracathro Estates invites SLE Members to attend this knowledge transfer and information event aimed at landowners and property managers.
The development of Stracathro Gate will result in 6 new affordable family homes. As the project nears completion there is a unique opportunity for SLE Members to learn of the development and view the inside of the properties before tenants move in.
Hosted by Hugh Campbell Adamson (Stracathro Estates) this informal Walk & Talk event will allow attendees to hear directly from those involved in the project and of the Rural Housing Fund which enabled the development.
This Walk & Talk event will allow attendees to come together in an informal setting to meet, network and learn from each other in the rural hamlet of Inchbare (nr Brechin).
Discussion topics will include:
- The role of the landowner (Stracathro Estates)
- The role of the Contractor (Alan Buchan Contractors Ltd)
- Finances (Rural Housing Fund)
- Planning process
- Energy efficiency (communal ground source heat pump)
