Mark Andrew is a well-known figure within the North East community, having served as a factor on the Haddo Estate for numerous years. Throughout this period, his responsibilities encompassed agriculture, forestry, business diversification, and housing, including the development of affordable housing. His guidance and support have extended to numerous other agents and factors, not only within the North East but also across Scotland.

Mark has dedicated his entire career to the rural sector, notably as a Haddo Estate Factor for a span exceeding 32 years. He contributed as a director to the Formartine Partnership for 13 years, fulfilled the role of secretary for the Ythan District Fishery Board for 22 years, and actively participated in the Aberdeenshire Local Outdoor Access Forum.
