The theme of this year’s event is Tourism. We are delighted to announce that our main speaker will be David Hope-Jones OBE, Chief Executive of South of Scotland Destination Alliance. There will also be a panel session with contributors: David Hope-Jones, Riddell Graham – Chair Scottish Agritourism, and SLE Chief Executive, Sarah-Jane Laing.
This is also your chance to hear all about the work the organisation is undertaking on your behalf at a national and regional level. We’ll have an organisational and political update from SLE Chairman Dee Ward and our Chief Executive Sarah-Jane Laing; also, a policy update from SLE’s Director of Policy, Stephen Young.
There will be a Q&A, providing plenty of opportunity for animated discussion and debate with fellow SLE members and colleagues.
This event provides an excellent networking opportunity and the chance to meet with SLE Board members and colleagues, South East Regional Chair Will Callander, committee members, and your Regional Manager, Donald Greig.
