Founded in 2005, Voltalia is a proud owner, operator, and Independent Power Producer (IPP) of a global portfolio of wind, solar, hydro and battery storage technologies and have a desire to expand our development presence in Scotland. From initial contact, our experienced team seek to form long lasting relationships and commit ourselves to taking a collaborative approach with our landowners, local communities, and local businesses across Scotland. Our IPP model drives us to identify, consent, build, own, operate and eventually decommission renewable projects on your land. However, as a fully integrated company, we also offer significant expertise throughout the value chain and will offer our services and support across the challenging aspects of project finance, construction, and operation & maintenance. Should you be considering land diversification opportunities, we would happily offer a free and non-binding consultation to discuss the potential introduction of wind, solar, hydro and battery storage development opportunities on your land.

Wind Estate is one of Scotland’s leading Onshore wind development companies. The company was founded in Denmark in the early 1990s and brings its longstanding knowledge and expertise to develop Onshore wind in Scotland. Since 2016 Wind Estate have developed a significant pipeline of projects across Scotland. Our focus is to work closely with landowners to find the right balance between acceptable impacts on the land whilst still developing commercially viable projects. The company thrives off developing quality projects that allow rural businesses to have additional revenue streams to continue utilising traditional land practises. Our simplistic personal approach to development has been paramount to our success. The involvement of the landowner throughout the project lifecycle is at the forefront of our strategy.
